    Getting ready

Create a cozy, welcoming space. Bring your copy of Tiny Experiments, something to take notes (notebook or digital), and maybe a hot drink. Decide whether you’ll focus on one section or mix questions from different parts of the guide.

    Explore & reflect together

Pick a few questions to discuss as a group (don’t feel like you have to do them all). Take turns sharing thoughts, personal stories, and doubts. Keep it casual and supportive. No need to “get it right,” but to be curious, open, and experimental.

    Try a tiny experiment

At the end of your session, each person can design a tiny experiment that’s Purposeful, Actionable, Continuous, and Trackable. Share your pact if you’d like, and check back next meeting to reflect on what you learned.
