2020 Year in Review Workshop

What a strange year. Collins Dictionary announced “lockdown” as Word of the Year, and, for the first time ever, the Oxford English Dictionary has decided not to name one, describing 2020 as “a year which cannot be neatly accommodated in one single word.” Some of the most used words were: coronavirus, unprecedented, face masks, shelter-in-place, remote, staycation, impeachment, and conspiracy. In 2020, the use of the word “pandemic” has grown by 57,000%.

It may be hard to reflect back on such a chaotic year. But many people have also reported unexpected positive experiences and opportunities for personal growth. Some have launched a business, others have tied the knot, and yet others have learned how to talk about their mental health. Being forced to stay at home has pushed many of us to explore new hobbies, pick up a new skill—baking, anyone?—or to go from consumer to creator.

To turn this chaotic experience into useful lessons for the future, join a one-hour Year in Review workshop on December 16th, 2020. There will be two sessions to accommodate for all timezones.

  • Session 1: Wednesday, December 16th @ 10:00AM UTC
  • Session 2: Wednesday, December 16th @ 04:00PM UTC

We will go through a simple framework to review your 2020 challenges and victories across all important areas of your life, such as health, work, relationships, and more.

To celebrate the end of the year, the workshop will be available to all members of the Ness Labs community, whether you have a monthly or yearly subscription. If you’ve been on the fence to join, now is a good opportunity so you can make sure to start 2021 on the right foot!
